Payments
To ensure your reservation, your reservation fee of $1000 should be received at least one month before your retreat begins. If you wait until the last minute to reserve your space through payment, the retreat may be full. Please call ahead to ensure space is available before sending payment. Thank you!
We accept payments by cash or credit card. Cash payments, in the form of Check, Money Order, Cashier's Check, or Traveler's Check.
Minimum Charge for retreat is the 2 week minimum stay.
All reservation fee deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds, Gifting and Cancellations
If we have to cancel a retreat, all pre-paid reservations will be refunded in full immediately.
All deposits and reservations fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations that are made before 30 days before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date, or leave the retreat early for any reason, there will be NO refund.
You can change the dates of the detox retreat before 30 days of the retreat start date with no additional charge. Just let us know. Your deposit can be used up to 6 months from date of purchase.
Booking for any retreat requires a $1000 reservation fee before arrival date.
Minimum stay for the retreat is 2 weeks, and will be charged the minimum of 2 weeks stay even if you have to cancel early.
Please be considerate and give us as much advance cancellation notice as you can.
